Today, we commemorate the death of St. Patrick by attending and marching in parades, eating copious amounts of corned beef and cabbage, and drinking even more copious amounts of beer and whiskey...and all this while wearing various shades of green. As I have previously posted on saints, parades, and the color green, as well as several posts on drinking, today I am posting this merely as a vehicle for a word search link for one of my students, as well as this link to a story about Thin Lizzy and their rendition of "Whiskey in a Jar."
